1. Who we are. TalentAIQ Career is operated by TalentAIQ Labs™ ("we", "us"). For TalentAIQ Career, you interact with us directly as an individual job seeker, so we act as the Data Fiduciary for your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — not as a processor on behalf of a third party.
2. Data we collect. Name, email address, phone number, resume (uploaded file and parsed text), work experience, education, skills, job preferences (roles, locations, salary range), and application activity. We also collect payment information when you purchase a job search, processed via our payment partner — we do not store your card or full payment details ourselves.
3. How we use your data. To (a) match you to relevant job openings using AI, (b) generate tailored resumes and cover notes per application, (c) submit applications on your behalf, (d) send you status updates via WhatsApp or email, and (e) process payment for your job search. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Consent. We collect explicit consent before processing your data, at signup. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account settings. Withdrawing consent triggers account deletion within 7 days, as required by the DPDP Act.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act. You have the right to: Access your data, Correct it via your profile, request Erasure of your account (data permanently deleted within 7 days), and Withdraw Consent for specific or all processing. To exercise these rights, log in at career.talentaiq.in or contact our Grievance Officer below.
6. AI transparency. Job matches and application tailoring are generated by AI. You can review any application before it's finalized in your account. AI-generated content is based on your uploaded resume and the target job description.
7. Data security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and personally identifiable information is encrypted at rest. Access uses secure authentication with no plaintext password storage.
8. Data retention. Your profile is retained while your account is active. Inactive accounts (no login for 24 months) are automatically anonymised. Upon a deletion request, your personal data is permanently erased within 7 days.
9. Third-party processors. We share data with: (a) Anthropic (Claude API) — resume text and job descriptions for AI matching and tailoring, (b) Razorpay — for handling your job-search subscription payment, (c) WhatsApp Business API — for WhatsApp notifications, (d) our cloud hosting and database providers. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
10. Cross-border transfers. Resume text and job descriptions are transmitted to Anthropic's servers in the United States for AI processing. This is disclosed here and in the consent notice at signup.
11. Breach notification. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you and, where required, the Data Protection Board of India, in line with DPDP Act timelines.
12. Grievance Officer. For data protection inquiries or to exercise your rights, contact talentaiq@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
13. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
By using TalentAIQ Career, you agree to these terms. TalentAIQ Career is a service of TalentAIQ Labs™ that finds, tailors, and submits job applications on your behalf.
Service: On a monthly subscription (Starter ₹299, Pro ₹599, or Power ₹999), we match you against open roles, generate a tailored resume and cover note per application, and submit applications on your behalf, up to your plan’s monthly application limit. Updates are sent via WhatsApp or email.
What we don't guarantee: TalentAIQ Career submits applications on your behalf — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.
Your data: You retain ownership of your resume and profile data. We process it solely to deliver the matching and application service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use: The service is intended for personal job-search use. Automated abuse, scraping, or misrepresenting your qualifications in a way we submit on your behalf is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Refunds: No refunds once a billing cycle has started. You may cancel anytime from your account settings to stop future charges — your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
